User responsibilities.
It is the user’s responsibility to protect any user identifier(s) (passwords) assigned to them from misuse and loss.
Warranty and liability.
The user is aware that the software used as an information system and the stored and processed data may contain errors, even if carefully checked and processed. Users will therefore check the accuracy of their information by appropriate means.
nobilia’s liability for the accuracy of the information provided by the information system is excluded, unless nobilia intentionally caused the error. nobilia does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the nobilia Extranet. nobilia accepts no liability for damages resulting from the loss or misuse of user identifier(s).
Cancellation.
nobilia reserves the right to cancel the user’s access authorisation(s) at any time without stating reasons.
Miscellaneous.
The present agreement concerning the use of the nobilia Extranet is subject to the substantive law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
If any provision of this user agreement is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one which achieves the economic purpose of the invalid provision as closely as possible.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes in connection with this user agreement is the court responsible for the seat of registration of nobilia.
